Tucson Manager Chip Hale on the 40 Man

When the rosters expand to 40 players tomorrow some will be happy, some sad, and Chip Hale will likely be the one breaking the news to most of them. Hale, the manager of the Diamondbacks Triple-A affiliate, the Tucson Sidewinders, talked to FutureBacks about how the 40 man roster affects a lot more than just 40 men.

"It's a difficult time for those guys, some are going to be real excited, some are going to be real disappointed when it rolls around."
