Jarrod Parker Finally Gets The Call

Jarrod Parker joined the Diamondbacks on Monday when his contract was purchased from Double-A Mobile. Parker, who has been ranked as the top D-backs prospect by FutureBacks.com for the past three years, will finally get his major league debut after an injury set him back.

Jarrod Parker, 22, went 11-8 with a 3.79 ERA after missing the 2010 season due to Tommy John surgery.
