Biography:

2009

Norberto discovered last season theat he doesn't really have the attention span for starting games and may have found his niche as a reliever. He went 4-2 with a 1.61 ERA and 2 saves for the Rawhide before getting promoted to Double-A on July 5th.

If he isn't added to the D-backs' 40-man roster this fall, Norberto will become a six-year minor league free agent.

2008

Norberto becomes one of the better left-handed pitching prospects in the organization almost by default, with so many southpaws having been traded or released over the winter. He repeats at South Bend with more meat on his bones.
