2009

Quezada was something of a surprise addition to the Silver hawks' opening day roster given his struggles in rookie ball last year, but he impressed enough in the Fall Instructional League and in spring training to make the squad. He was returned to extended spring training after beginning the year 0-3 with a 9.45 ERA. In June, he made the Yakima Bears' opening day roster.

2008

Quezada is a tall right-hander who is effective without being overpowering. His debut in the States was extremely disappointing, as he went 2-8 with an 8.17 ERA for the Missoula Osprey. His upside is such that the Diamondbacks decided to include him as one of 20 pitchers on the Fall Instructional League roster, however.
