2009
Parker, hampered by injuries, did not perform well at Yakima last year. He nevertheless remains a top prospect and began '09 in the Silver Hawks' crowded infield rotation, playing near his hometown.
He had been batting .301 with 21 RBI through 46 games when he went on the disabled list with left shoulder inflammation.
2008
Justin Parker, the older brother of 2007 1st-round pick Jarrod Parker, was selected in the 6th round (198th overall) by the Arizona Diamondbacks. He represents the first infielder picked by Tom Allison and company.
