| Biography: |
Trent Oeltjen hails from Australia, a country he led to a 7-3 record in November's World Cup Tournament. He led the entire tounament in runs (12), stolen bases (7), and batting average (.523), earning him a spot on the All-Star team.
This dominant performance came on the heels of the worst professional season of Oeltjen's career, when he batted just .238 for Minnesota's Triple-A affiliate. He signed with the Diamondbacks in December. |
