Biography:
This once highly-touted prospect has dealt with control problems since signing with the Diamondbacks as the 81st overall selection in the 2005 draft. Not that he was exactly Mister First Pitch Strike back at Georgia Tech, either. Seriously, this kid's walk totals would make Andy Pratt and Rick Ankiel both feel really good about their command of the strike zone. You could call Neighborgall a project, so long as that project is building a castle with a Fisher's Price hammer and some Elmer's glue.
