| Brandon Lyon is one of about four Diamondbacks relievers who has once been considered their closer. Lyon had success late in games both with the D'Backs and the Boston Red Sox, but it has been a series of arm problems that has always cost Lyon his job, and job security. Entering 2007 Lyon will be looked to as the primary right handed set up man, and will be the first option if Jose Valverde falters. |
