| Chad Tracy is no longer the young phenom, and in fact on the 2007 D'Backs Tracy will be expected to be the seasoned veteran leading a very young team. The biggest question concerning Tracy this season will be his power potential. After a 2005 that saw Tracy hit 27 jacks the homers, average and on base percentage all fell in '07, while the strikeouts and defensive concerns raised. The likely cleanup hitter to open the season, Tracy will need to prove that '05 was not a fluke, and '06 was just a slightly down season. |
