Biography:
Jarred Ball did nothing except improve last season, but still moved back two full spots on the CF depth chart, after the Diamondbacks acquired Chris Young from the White Sox and decided that 2005's first round pick, Justin Upton, would move from shortstop to center field. The fastest player in the Diamondbacks system, who has also showcased some power, Ball must make more contact to take advantage of that speed if he wants to continue to move up, but it will be an uphill battle now that Young is ahead of him, and Upton will be coming.
