D-backs AFL Batters Excel in 11-1 Win

		By Keith Glab Senior Editor Date: Oct 23, 2009 The Scottsdale Scorpions stung the Mesa Solar Sox by a score of 11-1 on Thursday, and the Arizona Diamondbacks' contingent in the lineup was responsible for a large portion of the Scorpions' offense. Pedro Ciriaco, Cole Gillespie, and Brandon Allen combined to go 8-for-15 against Mesa pitchers in the win.
