A September Call for Owings?

		By James Renwick Managing Editor Date: Jul 31, 2006 Though they are clearly in the race, when rosters expand to 40 players on September first those joining the squad will, for the most part, be youngsters. Currently the D'Backs have 38 players listed on their 40 man roster. Micah Owings is 7-0 in nine Triple-A starts. With only two spots left on the 40 man, and one month until the rosters expand, tough decisions are coming.
