Building the Perfect League

		By James Renwick Managing Editor Date: Sep 26, 2005 Chip Hale is the Manager of the Diamondbacks Instructional League, one of a posse of minor league coaches and instructors who will be working in a different situation than they are used to. There will be competitive games, but the purpose of Instructs is to provide detailed, intensive, one on one instruction. Hale talked to FutureBacks about getting his energy from his players, some of kids he's excited to see, and how things have changed since he was a player in the Instructional League.
