Parra Becomes 3rd Baybear Promoted to Majors

In 2007, both Justin Upton and Mark Reynolds advanced straight from Mobile to the majors to key the Arizona Diamondbacks' improbable run to the NLCS. Now outfielder Gerardo Parra becomes the third Mobile BayBear to skip over Triple-A and advance to Arizona this week, joining starter Bryan Augenstein and reliever Clay Zavada.
