FutureBacks Power Rankings: 2nd Half - Week 6

Left Fielder Daniel Perales became the fourth Silver Hawk to win a Midwest League Player of the Week Award by batting .419 with 3 HR and 19 RBI between July 30 and August 5. Perales therefore cracked the top 20 of our Power Rankings this week. It's going to be very difficult for Perales or anyone else to pry Justin Upton from the #1 spot, as the 19-year old is now hitting well in the majors.

Daniel Perales was able to win the award despite having Sunday's game rained out.  He joins pitchers Cesar Valdez and Tony Barnette, plus fellow outfielder Gerardo Parra as Silver Hawks winners of this Midwest League honor.
