A 24-year old catcher stuck in a three-way platoon at low-A, Frank Curreri's prospects for moving up in the Arizona Diamondbacks organization did not look good. But the tall catcher got the majority of the at bats in South Bend and had a torrid first half of May, earning himself a promotion to Hi-A Visalia on Monday. | |
