Matt Torra wasn't an easy pitcher for us to rank here at FutureBacks. A first rounder who looked unhittable in his final year of college is difficult to leave off the top 20. However, Torra has spent so little time on the pitcher's mound since he signed, that he barely qualified for the list at all. Torra is a good bet to move up next year, both in our rankings and within the organization. | |
