FutureBacks Q&A: Jake Elder Premium Story

Catchers are cerebral creatures, tuned into the most minute details of the game. Jake Elder is no different, the Diamondbacks picked Elder in the 18th round of this past year's draft, and as one of the only college catchers to call all the pitchers at the University of Minnesota, he started with a leg up over many first year catchers. Elder talked to FutureBacks about what kind of advantage that was, the quality of competetion in his native Canada, and what exactly his major, Kinesiology, is.
