For a young kid arriving in El Paso, Texas to play baseball, there has to be someone there to look up to, and for young Diablos like the newest Diamondback, catcher Chris Snyder, that person is Manager Scott Coolbaugh. A former Major League Baseball player, Coolbaugh knows first hand the glory and grit baseball can throw at a youngster.
